Return & Exchange Policy
1. All items sold are non-refundable. Item(s) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s). Item(s) MUST be in original condition with tags and packaging intact and physical receipt presented.
2. We are confident that all products are packed with care, however in an unlikely event that an incomplete set is received, customer MUST advise us within 7 days from the date of purchase/receipt of item, whichever later. Request made after the stipulated duration will not be entertained.
3. For defective item that requires an exchange, please return the item back in it’s original packaging and unused.
4. Defective item refers to an item you have just received (i.e. unused)
i) features that do not function as intended
ii) significant physical cosmetic defect
iii) Note that if it is just minimal tiny scratches that do not compromise the overall look/safety, we will not be doing an exchange, as this may happen during packing/unpacking/delivery process.
5. If a purchased item has been used (besides testing indoors on a clean surface), it will not be eligible for exchange anymore. In such cases, for items with warranty provided, you can send them to our showroom for inspection and repair. Repair of manufacturing defect will be covered. (Warranty Period will be stated in the product listing if there is any)
6. Manufacturing defect refers to the defect of the product mechanism that is not caused by external factors such as, but not limiting to, improper installation/wrong usage/accident/ wear and tear etc.
7. To report a defect, kindly take photos (different angles) or video(s) and send them to our customer service WhatsApp (message ONLY) number +65 9682 4963 for us to evaluate the condition and advise you on the next steps for exchange.
8. We seek your understanding that it may take up to 1 week or slightly more to arrange for an exchange for defective item(s) that requires our team to deliver and pick up as we have a limited fleet capacity and are not able to execute an immediate exchange. We sincerely apologise for that.
Free Gift/Promotion Policy
1. Free gift(s) given out will not be entitled to any warranty. If you receive the free gift in a defective condition, you can bring the item back to the showroom for an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving it. After which, we will not accept any exchange request for the free gift.
2. All promotion/free gift(s) listed in the purchase order will not be exchangeable or exchangeable with any new promotion/free gift(s) available after the stated purchase order date.
3. Free gift(s) promotions are subjected to stock availability. Baby’s Hyperstore reserves the right to terminate and/or change the free gift promotion any time.
4. Design for free gift(s) are given out on a random basis. No choosing of specific design for the free gift.
