Shipping & Delivery

Purchases (excluding pre-orders) will be processed and delivered by courier/third party services within 3-5 working days. Once the order has been sent out, you will receive an order notification and can prepare to receive the parcel within the next few working days. There will be no tracking number provided but if you do not receive your parcel within the 5 working days, you can reach out to us to check on the delivery status. You can be assured that we will take full responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches you safely.

Pre-orders will be fulfilled accordingly to the fulfillment period as stated in the product listing. If there is any delay to the fulfillment date due to unexpected circumstances, we will notify you accordingly.

Baby cot bundles will include installation service, therefore they will be sent via our own fleet (SOF). Delivery & installation will be scheduled for approximately 3-4 weeks after purchase. Our logistic team will contact you on the delivery date once they have found an available slot.

Delivery Fee
Currently, we deliver only to locations within Singapore. If your address is located within a restricted area, kindly contact us beforehand to ensure that we are able to deliver the order to you.

*Parcel weight is calculated according to the volumetric weight or physical weight, whichever is higher.

Volumetric weight (based on packaging parcel) = (Length x Breadth x Height) cm / 5000
e.g. The parcel volumetric weight for a stroller can be (58 x 43 x 25) / 5000 = 12.5 kg. Hence, even though the physical weight of the stroller is about 7 kg, the delivery courier will charge according to it’s volumetric weight of 12.5 kg.


Delivery Terms and Conditions (for SOF deliveries)

  • Customer is responsible for clearing their area before arrival of the new furniture for a conducive set up environment. In an event where the space is not cleared prior to delivery arrival, there would be a charge for rescheduling of delivery service.
  • Change of delivery date must be requested via the customer service hotline at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so will incur a $30.00 administrative fee.
    • Office hours are:
      • Mon to Fri – 10am to 7pm
      • Sat, Sun & PH – Closed
    • Customer is required to pay in full the administrative prior to delivery.
  • An administrative fee of $30.00 will be charged in an event of unsuccessful delivery.
    • Customer is required to pay in full the administrative prior to delivery
  • Customer or an adult (above 18 years old) must be present to accept and sign the delivery confirmation form.
    • Not applicable for courier/third party delivery services.
    • Not applicable for contactless delivery.
  • Good(s) must be delivered/collected within 3 months from date of purchase (excluding indent order). Holding charge of $5.00/item each day will be imposed for any outstanding good(s) after the complimentary 3 months has ended.
    • Customer is required to pay in full the holding charge prior to delivery.
  • If the delivery personnel is unable to send good(s) to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery, e.g. good(s) is unable to fit into elevator, elevator breakdown, refusal of elevator access by building management etc., Baby’s Hyperstore will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the good(s) being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges will be as follows:
    • Additional $10.00 for each item per level transported starting after 2nd storey in a non-lift-accessible storey. Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.

 

FOR BABY COTS ONLY

  • Baby’s Hyperstore, in its discretion, may accept a Customer’s written request for an exchange (i.e. change of mind) after delivery if the following conditions are met:
      • Request must be made within (3) business days of the Delivery Date.
      • Physical receipt must be presented.
      • All items (including bundle item(s) and free gift(s) MUST be in re-saleable condition (i.e. in original condition with tags and packaging intact and has not been used).
      • Customer agrees to pay $80.00 return delivery fee upon Baby’s Hyperstore acceptance of exchange request.
      • Customer is required to pay the return delivery fee prior to delivery

Store Pick-Up

 

For order with shipping method selected under the ‘Store Pick-up’ option, kindly note that once the order is ready for pickup, our team will contact you via the phone number provided in the order details. Kindly bring a record of your purchase order email confirmation for collection verification. Order should be collected within one month from purchase date (except for pre-orders) otherwise it will be cancelled and refunded.

Kindly do not proceed to the showroom directly after purchase as the inventory may be located in our warehouse and not readily available in the showroom. Do wait for our team to contact you on the order collection date.
